The Architecture of the Body in the Space of Relationship
I invite you to a practical lecture – a fusion of theory and lived experience in action.
Through conscious movement, breath, and mindfulness, we will explore how the body communicates with the mind – and how this connection influences the quality of our relationships, both with ourselves and with others.
First, we’ll dive into a bit of theory – simplified and filtered through real-life experience – so that each participant can find their own direction, guided by curiosity and practice.
Based on the I_GO_SYSTEM methodology – which integrates elements of dance, martial arts, yoga, breathwork, and theatre – participants will receive practical tools for everyday exploration.
We will seek simplicity in action, presence in the “here and now,” and creativity in communication through embodied expression.
This is an invitation to discover the body as a space for connection, conscious movement as a tool for agency, and relationships as the dynamic architecture of our lives.
Welcome to my world – where theory meets practice, and awakened curiosity dissolves the boundaries between academic language and lived experience.
