(the Seller).
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, in particular:
rules for placing orders and concluding contracts,
rules for payment and order fulfilment,
rules for purchasing festival tickets and related festival services,
rules for withdrawal from the contract (where applicable),
the complaint procedure.
Through the Store, the Seller offers:
tickets for the Dreamersland Festival,
festival-related services, such as glamping, camping, parking, camper village, shuttle services, and other additional services,
physical products related to the Dreamersland brand.
To use the Store and place an order, the Buyer must read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance is required to complete an order.
Purchasing a festival ticket or festival-related service requires acceptance of the Dreamersland Festival Regulations and, where applicable, the Mass Event Regulations, made available before purchase.
§ 2. Definitions
Buyer – a natural person, legal person, or organisational unit purchasing in the Store.
Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to their business or professional activity.
POCK – an entrepreneur who purchases goods/services directly connected to their business but where the nature of the contract indicates it is not professional; treated similarly to a Consumer.
Goods – physical products sold in the Store.
Festival Services – festival-related services including tickets, accommodation packages, transportation, parking, and other services.
Contract – a distance contract concluded between the Buyer and Seller via the Store.
§ 3. Electronic Services
To use the Store, the Buyer must have:
Internet access,
a standard operating system and web browser,
an active e-mail address.
The Buyer may not make purchases anonymously or under a pseudonym.
The Seller provides electronic services, including:
enabling the Buyer to place orders,
creating and maintaining a customer account (optional),
sending a newsletter (with the Buyer’s consent).
Creating an account is voluntary and may be deleted at any time.
The newsletter is sent only to Buyers who have given explicit consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
It is prohibited to provide unlawful content while using the Store.
The Seller makes every effort to ensure proper functioning of the Store. Any irregularities may be reported to: hello@dreamersland.eu.
complete the order form with true and accurate data,
select a payment method,
read and accept the Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, festival regulations,
confirm the order by clicking the finalisation button.
A Contract is concluded when the Buyer receives an order confirmation e-mail from the Seller.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data. The Seller may contact the Buyer if data verification is required.
§ 5. Prices, Payments and Delivery
All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in EUROS.
Promotional prices, where applicable, will indicate the lowest price from the last 30 days, if required by law.
Available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
Online payments are processed by external payment operators. Information on current operators is available in the Store.
For physical Goods:
available delivery methods and costs are shown during checkout,
the order is considered fulfilled upon handing the parcel to the carrier,
typical dispatch occurs twice a week unless otherwise stated.
Festival tickets and Festival Services are generally delivered electronically unless stated otherwise.
§ 6. Specific Provisions for Festival Tickets and Festival Services
Festival tickets and Festival Services are subject to the Festival Regulations and, where applicable, Mass Event Regulations.
Tickets and services are valid only for the dates and persons indicated during purchase.
Details regarding:
check-in and check-out times for glamping and camping,
camper village rules,
parking rules,
shuttle bus schedules,
security and festival access rules,
are provided in the Store and/or in post-purchase materials.
The Buyer must read the conditions before purchasing a service.
§ 7. Right of Withdrawal
1. Festival Tickets and Festival Services
In accordance with consumer law, the Buyer (including Consumers and POCK) has no right to withdraw from a contract for festival tickets or festival-related services, as these concern leisure and cultural events with a specific date or period of performance (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act or equivalent provisions).
Tickets and Festival Services are therefore non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the Festival Regulations (e.g., event cancellation or date change).
2. Physical Goods
The Consumer or POCK has the right to withdraw from a Contract for Goods within 14 days from taking possession of the Goods.
To withdraw, the Buyer must submit a clear declaration (e.g., via e-mail to: hello@dreamersland.eu). Use of a template is optional.
After receiving the declaration, the Seller will provide the return address.
Returned Goods must be sent back within 14 days at the Buyer’s expense.
The Seller will refund all payments, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option, within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice. The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the Goods or proof of their return.
The Buyer is liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling the Goods beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and functioning.
§ 8. Complaints
The Seller is responsible for delivering Goods and Festival Services compliant with the Contract.
The Seller will respond within 14 days. Failure to respond within this period for Consumers and POCK means the complaint is accepted.
§ 9. Personal Data and Cookies
The Seller is the controller of Buyers’ personal data.
Personal data is processed for: order fulfilment, account management, customer communication, complaints, newsletter (if consented), and accounting obligations.
