DREAMERSLAND 2027 FESTIVAL TERMS

Effective from the date of publication · dreamersland.eu

Dreamersland takes place in a natural settiing that is not a backdrop to the event, but a living part of the place itself. Thee Festival Site and the natural surroundings of the Bolimów Forest require care and responsibility from every one of us.

These Terms do not assume bad faith on the part of Participants. They explain the rules needed to protect people, nature, art, infrastructure and the shared experience. Observing them is a matter of law as well as conscience, respect for the place and respect for another person. The rules apply equally to everyone.

Where safety permits, before any consequences are imposed the Organiser or its personnel will explain the rule that has been breached and ask the person to comply. Immediate intervention is possible where required by law, safety, protection of nature or protection of other people.

The Festival takes place at Zaścianek Babie Lato, Ziemiary 56, 99-417 Bolimów, Poland, from 16:00 on 14 July 2027 until 14:00 on 18 July 2027.

§ 1. Organiser, location and scope of these Terms

1. The organiser of the Dreamersland 2027 Festival is DREAMERSLAND sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Żegańska 21/23, 04-713 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000990809, NIP 9522231708 and REGON 523041221, hereinafter the “Organiser”.

2. The Organiser can be contacted at hello@dreamersland.eu or on +48 888 802 611.
3. These Terms set out the rules for attending the Festival and entering and remaining on its Site, and the rights

and obligations of the Organiser, Purchasers and Participants.

4. “Festival” means Dreamersland 2027. “Site” means the parts of Zaścianek Babie Lato opened to Participants in accordance with the map, signage and the Organiser’s notices. Not every part of the property is open to the public.

5. These Terms apply throughout the Site, including the Campsite, sanitary, circulation and rest zones, and other zones open to Participants. They also constitute the facility and site regulations referred to in Article 6(3) of the Polish Act of 20 March 2009 on Safety at Mass Events.

6. “Campsite” means a generally accessible part of the Site which is not allocated to individual Participants and is designated for them to pitch their own tents.

7. “Ticket” means electronic confirmation of one person’s right to attend within the scope of the selected Ticket type. “Offer” means the description of a Ticket or additional product displayed before purchase, including its scope, price and material conditions.

8. A “Purchaser” enters into an agreement with the Organiser concerning a Ticket. A “Participant” uses the Ticket or another recognised entitlement and enters the Site. A Purchaser who provides a Ticket to another person should also provide that person with these Terms.

9. Orders and payments are governed by the Online Store Terms. The Mass Event Regulations also apply within the designated Mass Event area and period. Mandatory law takes precedence. A Participant must also comply with evacuation instructions, safety requirements arising from the permit and lawful instructions issued by authorised services. These Terms are available free of charge at www.dreamersland.eu in a form which allows them to be downloaded and saved.

§ 2. Ticket scope and the Offer

1. A Standard Ticket includes attendance throughout the Festival and access to the programme in zones open to the Participant. Sanitary facilities form part of the Site infrastructure. At no additional charge, the Organiser makes the generally accessible Campsite available to Participants so that they may pitch their own tents. The Campsite is provided as part of the organisation of the Site and is not included in the price or scope of the Ticket. Safety limits, zone capacities and the current timetable apply.

2. Tickets are sold in limited releases. Their names, availability and current prices are stated in the Offer and order summary. The Ticket price includes VAT and does not include products or services selected separately.

3. The Organiser may offer other Ticket types, including Patron packages. Their contents arise solely from the relevant Offer. Physical Artefacts included in such a package are also governed by the Online Store Terms.

4. A Ticket does not include transport, food, parking, a campervan pitch, a tent, a bed, allocation of a place or any other service unless the Offer for a separately selected product expressly states otherwise.

5. Parking, glamping, campervan pitches and other products may be launched later. Before sales begin, the Organiser will state their scope, price and applicable terms. Buying a Ticket does not guarantee their availability.

6. The programme, map and operational information are published as they are finalised. A Ticket does not guarantee a place in every zone or at every programme item once the safe capacity has been reached.

§ 3. Purchase and validity of a Ticket

1. Tickets are sold by the Organiser through www.dreamersland.eu. The rules on orders, payments and Ticket delivery are set out in the Online Store Terms.

2. A Ticket is for a cultural event taking place on specified dates. Under Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, it does not, as a rule, carry a fourteen-day right to withdraw from the contract.

3. A decision not to attend, failure to appear, late arrival or early departure for reasons attributable to the Purchaser or Participant does not entitle that person to a refund, exchange or transfer of the Ticket. This does not affect rights arising from mandatory law or the rules on alteration or non-performance of the Festival in § 8.

4. Until its first valid verification, a Ticket is a bearer document. The Organiser honours it for the first person who presents a valid and unused code and, where required, confirms eligibility for a Registration, Child or Reduced- Price Ticket.

5. The Purchaser and Participant should protect the code from copying or disclosure. The first code used is cancelled. Any suspected loss or disclosure of the code should be reported to the Organiser immediately.

6. Following first verification, the Participant receives a wristband or another personal identifier and the Ticket may no longer be transferred to another person. Transferring, altering or removing an identifier for reuse is prohibited.

7. Selling a forged Ticket, reproducing a code, unauthorised sales or resale for profit may result in refusal of admission and a report to the competent authorities. A purchase outside the Organiser’s official channel is made at the Purchaser’s own risk.

§ 4. Children, minors and Reduced-Price Tickets

1. A Participant’s age is determined at the start of the Festival, namely at 16:00 on 14 July 2027.

2. A child who has not reached the age of 10 at that time attends free of charge. A separate Registration Ticket must be obtained for the child before arrival.

3. A person who has reached the age of 10 but has not reached the age of 13 may attend with a Child Ticket on the terms stated in the current Offer.

4. A person who has reached the age of 13 but has not reached the age of 25 may buy a Ticket with a 30% reduction from the price of the Standard Ticket in the release current at the time of purchase.

5. A person holding a valid disability certificate or another valid official document confirming disability may buy a Ticket with a 50% reduction from the price of the Standard Ticket in the release current at the time of purchase.

6. A document confirming age or another entitlement is checked at admission. A disability document is presented for visual verification only. The Organiser does not copy, scan, photograph or retain it and does not record any diagnosis, code, type or degree of disability contained in it.

7. If a Participant does not confirm eligibility for the selected reduction, they may pay at admission the difference up to the price of a Standard Ticket in the Ticket Release in which the Reduced-Price Ticket was purchased. Failure to confirm eligibility and failure to pay the difference constitute grounds for refusal of admission.

8. A person under 18 remains on the Site under the effective supervision of an adult holding a valid Ticket or another admission right. The responsible adult takes account of the child’s age and needs, the time of day, Site conditions and the nature of the relevant zone.

§ 5. Admission, wristband and additional Site access

1. Admission requires a valid Ticket, wristband, accreditation or another recognised entitlement, compliance with the conditions of its type, and submission to lawful checks carried out by authorised persons.

2. An intact wristband or other identifier permits re-entry during the period covered by the Ticket, subject to opening hours and temporary safety restrictions. Damage to an identifier must be reported promptly at the assistance point. Replacement requires verification of the right to attend and the circumstances of the incident.

3. The Organiser may offer an Additional Access Ticket, meaning a separate entitlement to enter and remain in the open part of the Site on the day before the Festival begins, on the day after it ends, or during both of those periods. The exact period of additional access is stated in the Offer.

4. An Additional Access Ticket is valid only with a Festival Ticket and extends the period of access to the Site. It does not include the Festival programme, transport, food, a tent, a bed, allocation of a place or any other separately offered service.

5. The Organiser may temporarily restrict access to a zone for safety, technical, environmental or legal reasons. Participants must respect barriers, signage and personnel instructions.

6. Once the period covered by the Ticket or Additional Access Ticket has ended, the Participant must leave the Site with their belongings without undue delay and leave the place they occupied tidy.

§ 6. Campsite

1. The Campsite is provided as a generally accessible part of the Site at no additional charge and is not included in the price or scope of the Ticket. A Participant pitches their own tent in a place indicated by the Organiser. Specific places are not reserved or allocated individually.

2. The Organiser does not provide a tent, equipment, bedding or electricity. The Participant pitches, secures and removes their own tent and is responsible for its condition.

3. A tent must not be pitched on roads, passages, emergency exits, fire service access routes, next to installations, in technical zones or in protected areas.

4. The Organiser may indicate another place or require a tent to be moved where this is required for safety, protection of nature, clear circulation routes or compliance with the approved Site plan.

5. Open flames, cookers, burners, barbecues and heating appliances must not be used on the Campsite except in places and under conditions expressly permitted by the Organiser. Storing fuels, gas cylinders, pyrotechnics, explosives, flammable materials or other dangerous substances, and connecting to installations without authorisation, are prohibited.

6. Participants must observe the announced quiet hours and refrain at all times from conduct that causes excessive nuisance to others. A child must not be left without supervision appropriate to their age and the situation.

7. On leaving, a Participant must remove their tent, all belongings and all waste. The Organiser may recover the costs of removing abandoned equipment or repairing culpable damage in accordance with general principles of law.

§ 7. Safety, respect and protection of nature

1. A Participant must comply with the law, these Terms, zone signs and lawful instructions issued by the Organiser, security and information services, security personnel, medical personnel and other authorised bodies.

2. Ticket, baggage, clothing or item checks may be carried out only by authorised persons, within the scope and in the manner permitted by law. Refusal to submit to a required check may result in refusal of admission or removal from the Site.

3. Dreamersland is an alcohol-free event. The Organiser does not sell or serve alcohol. Bringing, possessing, supplying or consuming alcohol on the Site is also prohibited.

4. Bringing or possessing weapons, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics, flammable or corrosive materials, intoxicants, glass containers or any other item which may pose a danger because of its characteristics or manner of use is prohibited. This does not apply to lawfully held medicines, medical devices, food required for health reasons or equipment supporting a person with a disability, when used as intended.

5. Violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, sexual conduct without consent, violation of another person’s dignity or boundaries, damage to property, throwing objects, obstruction of routes, climbing structures or entering closed zones, and conduct capable of causing danger or panic are prohibited.

6. Fires may be lit only in places and under conditions designated by the Organiser. Smoking tobacco and using electronic cigarettes are permitted only in marked zones, if such zones are created.

7. Drones, lasers, professional recording, broadcasting, sales, fundraising, advertising and organised promotional activities require the Organiser’s prior consent and any permission required by law.

8. Animals may not be brought onto the Site, except for assistance dogs and other cases expressly permitted by law.

9. A Participant must protect the Bolimów Forest and the natural environment of the Site. They must not damage plants, disturb or feed wild animals, pollute soil or water, enter closed natural areas, and must use the designated sanitary facilities, water points and waste containers. Sewage, chemicals, food or other pollutants must not be discharged into the ground or water.

10. The Festival takes place outdoors on natural ground. Participants should prepare for changing weather, uneven surfaces, noise and limited lighting after dark, and follow notices concerning fire, drought, storms, wind, heat and other hazards.

11. A Festival Ticket does not include parking or a campervan pitch. A vehicle may enter only an open zone, during the designated period and on the basis of a separate entitlement where required. Parking on evacuation or fire service routes, emergency access routes, natural areas, next to tents or outside a designated place is prohibited.

12. Participants are responsible for securing their own tent, luggage and other belongings. The Organiser does not take them into safekeeping unless it operates a clearly designated deposit facility. Found property should be handed in at the information point.

13. Any danger, accident, fire, violence, missing person, suspicious item or need for medical assistance must be reported to personnel immediately. Safety announcements and evacuation instructions take precedence over the programme.

14. The Organiser may temporarily close a zone, suspend a programme item, restrict movement, relocate Participants or order an evacuation where required to protect life, health, property or nature, or to comply with the instruction of a competent authority. In the event of an alarm, a Participant must remain calm, follow the instructions of the authorised services and must not return for luggage if doing so could delay evacuation.

15. The Organiser may refuse admission or remove a person who does not hold a valid entitlement, refuses a required check, poses a danger, or seriously or persistently breaches the rules. Justified removal for reasons attributable to the Participant does not entitle them to a Ticket refund. The Participant retains the right to challenge an unlawful or unjustified action.

16. A Participant is liable for damage caused through their fault. The Organiser is liable for its own acts and omissions in accordance with law. These Terms do not restrict any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

§ 8. Programme, change of date or venue, and cancellation

1. The Organiser may make necessary and proportionate changes to the programme, performance times, artists or the use of an individual zone for artistic, technical, production or safety reasons. Such changes are not material where the Festival dates, venue, essential character and predominant scope are preserved.

2. If, for reasons beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, including force majeure, holding the Festival on the original dates or at the original venue becomes impossible, unlawful or objectively unsafe, the Organiser may move the Festival to replacement dates or a replacement venue. The Ticket remains valid for the corresponding scope, without exchange or additional payment. Where the change of date or venue is material, the Purchaser may accept it or reject it and request a refund of the amount paid for the unperformed service.

3. The Organiser will notify a material change without undue delay on its website and on a durable medium. It may then offer the Purchaser a voluntary transfer of the Ticket to the corresponding type at the next edition, without any additional payment solely because the later edition is priced higher, or a Dreamersland Balance for use towards one or more Tickets from an available Exchange Pool.

4. Transfer of a Ticket or selection of a Balance requires an active decision by the Purchaser and confirmation on a durable medium. Failure to respond does not amount to a waiver of rights.

5. If the Festival is definitively cancelled without a replacement service, or the agreement is not performed, the matter will be settled in accordance with the Online Store Terms and mandatory law.

§ 9. Photographs, recordings and privacy

1. The Festival may be photographed and recorded by the Organiser or persons authorised by it for documentary, archival, information and promotional purposes connected with Dreamersland’s activities, with due respect for privacy, personal rights and image rights.

2. Entry to the Site means that the Participant acknowledges that photographs and recordings are being made. It does not constitute consent to unrestricted use of the Participant’s individual image, voice or statement.

3. An image of a person who is merely an incidental element of a larger whole, such as a gathering, landscape, stage or wide view of the event, may be used by DREAMERSLAND sp. z o.o. where permitted by law in its own channels, publications, information and advertising materials concerning Dreamersland’s activities.

4. A portrait, close-up, posed image, statement or advertising material in which an identifiable person is the main subject requires separate permission or another clear legal basis. Refusal does not affect the person’s ability to attend the Festival.

5. Children’s image rights receive particular protection. Consent to a child’s attendance does not replace permission required to disseminate an individual image of that child.

6. Materials and Participant data are not provided to sponsors or partners for their own use. Details of data processing and individuals’ rights are set out in the Dreamersland Privacy and Cookies Policy.

7. A Participant may take photographs and make short recordings for their own non-commercial use, provided that they respect privacy, artists’ rights and zone signs and do not interfere with the event. Questions or requests concerning image rights may be sent to hello@dreamersland.eu.

§ 10. Complaints

1. A complaint may be submitted to hello@dreamersland.eu or in writing to the Organiser’s address.

2. It is helpful to provide contact details for the response, the order or Ticket number if available, a description of the matter and the requested solution. Omission of an element which is not necessary to consider the complaint does not result in its automatic rejection.

3. The Organiser will respond without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt, unless applicable law provides for another period.

4. A consumer may voluntarily seek assistance from a consumer ombudsman or the competent alternative dispute resolution body. This does not exclude access to a court.

§ 11. Final provisions

1. These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving a consumer of protection which cannot be excluded under the law of the country of their habitual residence.

2. Disputes are determined by the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

3. The Organiser may amend these Terms for a valid reason, including a change in law, a decision of an authority, permit conditions, safety requirements, the need to protect nature or operational details. An amendment must be proportionate to its reason and may not retrospectively remove acquired rights.

4. The version made available at purchase applies to the agreement, subject to later amendments made in accordance with law. Amendments affecting an existing agreement are communicated on a durable medium.

5. If an individual provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

6. The Polish and English versions communicate the same scope of rights and obligations. Any discrepancy will be interpreted in accordance with Polish law, without restricting mandatory consumer rights.

7. These Terms enter into effect when published and apply to agreements entered into from that date.
