ZOUK STAGE
The Path to the Body l Let Go l I’m Coming Back to Myself
We experience life through the body – and it is through the body that we integrate with the world.
When the body begins to move freely and organically, and we allow ourselves to release control in movement, the same begins to happen in the mind – and eventually in life, in our relationships, and beyond.
Movement teaches us how to be seen and accepted in our authenticity.
In my classes, I strive to create a safe space for connecting with the body and discovering each person’s unique, deep-rooted movement.
I share with others what strengthens me personally.
In my work, I draw upon meditative techniques, embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, authentic movement, and intuitive dance — all of which allow us to open to fuller, more vibrant living through movement, closeness, and gentleness.
Ina Rybczuk
I’ve been dancing for over a dozen years, and it’s still a journey full of discoveries and ever-deepening layers.
I began with solo styles such as jazz and contemporary dance, and later moved into partner dances – including folk dance and my current favorite: zouk.
I’m a certified instructor in dance movement therapy and art therapy, but what fascinates me the most is authentic movement.
