Dress Healthy

In a world full of questions about conscious living, caring for your energetic field, and maintaining health, it’s worth asking yourself: Is the clothing you’re wearing today aligned with that intention? Could it have contributed to soil depletion, river pollution, or the widening gap between the Global South and the West?
If so, can it truly support your energy and well-being?
We are standing at the threshold of an incredible opportunity: for fashion to serve more than the human ego. Join this gathering to discover how clothing can raise your vibration and be healthy—for both you and the planet.
Did you know that:
• you wear not only fabric, but also the energy embedded in it?
• every textile carries its own vibrational frequency?
• the most toxic stage of clothing production is dyeing, and its micro-particles seep into your body?
• many allergies, neuroses, and touch sensitivities may stem from the disappearance of natural, rough fabrics?
• for ancient tribes, weaving was a sacred act, and patterns held magical meanings?
During the talk, you will:
• discover how colors, materials, and cuts affect your energy field,
• learn how to choose clothing in alignment with your intention,
• understand how to build a wardrobe that supports your health,
• hear how fashion can become a daily ritual of self-care and gratitude,
• listen to stories from the tribes and micro-communities I’ve visited, where fabric still has spirit.
