At Dreamersland, Marcel appears in two forms:
A fusion-based, intuitive practice of returning to oneself—a path of freedom, embodiment, and inner unity. More than just yoga, it’s an invitation to live fully and vibrantly.
It weaves together various styles of yoga – from gentle, meditative yin, through fluid vinyasa, to elements of bodywork inspired by intuitive movement, dance, and breath techniques (pranayama, conscious breathing, breathwork).
All of this is meant not to confine us to a single form, but to open us to the flow – which is life itself.
At the core of this practice is freedom:
– Freedom in the body—by releasing tension, regaining lightness and sensation
– Freedom in the body—by releasing tension, regaining lightness and sensation
– Freedom in the mind—through presence, mindfulness, and letting go of constant control
Freedom to be yourself—authentically, courageously, lovingly
Sagar’ra – ‘Dance of Life’
Under the alias Sagar’ra, lives a soul that loves people, music, and movement—in all their forms. This is the musical identity of Marcel Bird, who since 2019 has been creating unique spaces of sound and expression—playing at festivals, in nature, in places where dance becomes prayer and the body finally speaks its own language.
Dance of Life, his signature set, is more than just music. It’s an invitation to dance—a return to self. To the body. To freedom. To living fully.
Sagar’ra fuses styles like:
tribal & organic,
Ambient and classical
Rare musical gems and nostalgic memories
Ecstatic dance and subtle electronic soundscapes
His sets are like landscapes—shifting, alive, deep.
A space where gentleness meets strength, and dance can be both ecstasy and whisper.
Where everything has a place: the pulsing rhythm, moments of silence, unexpected sounds that awaken the body—cell by cell.
Each set is a personal journey—a sound theater of dance where everyone can be themselves.
No form, no expectations.
As if life itself became a stage where you can dance your truth.
