Ecstatic Dance is like a signpost, guiding me – and those who dance with me – deep into our emotions, into the core of our authentic selves.
I believe that free, spontaneous movement is not only a way to express oneself, but also a path to letting go of what no longer serves us.
When we allow ourselves to fully surrender to the rhythm, the body finds space to release tensions and blockages that we’ve accumulated over the years – sometimes without even realizing it.
