DREAMERSLAND 2027 MASS EVENT REGULATIONS

Effective from the date of publication · dreamersland.eu

Dreamersland takes place in the natural surroundings of the Bolimów Forest. Taking part in Dreamersland also means caring for people, the place, art and nature.

These Regulations do not assume bad faith. They explain the rules that protect life, health, dignity, our shared experience and the Festival Site. They apply equally to everyone. Where circumstances allow, the Services first explain which rule has been breached. Where safety or the law requires it, they may act immediately.

§ 1. Organiser and scope of the Regulations

1. The organiser of the Mass Event is DREAMERSLAND spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Żegańska 21/23, 04-713 Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000990809, NIP 9522231708 and REGON 523041221, referred to below as the “Organiser”.

2. The Organiser may be contacted at hello@dreamersland.eu and on +48 888 802 611.
3. These Regulations have been prepared under the Polish Act of 20 March 2009 on the Safety of Mass Events,

as amended, referred to below as the “Act”.

4. The Mass Event is a designated part of the Dreamersland 2027 Festival held at Zaścianek Babie Lato, Ziemiary 56, 99-417 Bolimów, Poland. The Festival runs from 16:00 on 14 July 2027 until 14:00 on 18 July 2027. The boundaries and opening hours of the part covered by the Mass Event are communicated at www.dreamersland.eu, at the entrance, on signs at the Festival Site or in current event announcements. Providing this information does not constitute an amendment to these Regulations.

5. Outside the marked Mass Event Area or its opening hours, the Dreamersland 2027 Festival Terms apply.

6. These Regulations are supplemented by the Ticket terms, zone signage and safety announcements. Mandatory provisions of law and lawful instructions given by authorised public authorities and the Services take precedence.

§ 2. Admission and participation

1. Admission requires a valid Ticket, accreditation or other document granting the right to attend and submission to lawful checks.

2. After the first successful verification of a Ticket, the Participant may receive a personal Wristband. A used Ticket or Wristband must not be transferred to another person. Re-entry is possible with an undamaged Wristband where the Ticket terms, opening hours and safety considerations allow it.

3. A person under the age of 18 must remain in the direct care of an adult guardian holding a valid Ticket. A child attending free of charge must also hold their own Ticket.

4. When safe capacity is reached, admission to the entire Mass Event or a particular zone may be temporarily suspended, including for a person holding a Ticket.

5. A person with a disability may enter with an assistance dog in accordance with the law. No other animal may be brought in without the Organiser’s consent.

6. The Information Service provides information and assistance. Accessibility information is also available at hello@dreamersland.eu.

§ 3. Shared safety rules

1. A Participant respects the life, health, dignity, boundaries and safety of other people. The Participant observes the law, these Regulations, signage and lawful instructions given by the Services, authorised public authorities and emergency services.

2. Designated entrances, exits and routes must be used. Barriers or signs marking areas closed to the public must not be crossed.

4. Evacuation routes and exits, fire access routes, pedestrian routes and access to rescue equipment must not be obstructed.

5. Violence, threats, harassment, sexual conduct without consent, incitement to violence or hatred, damage to property, throwing objects, causing panic and any conduct creating a danger are prohibited.

6. Fires must not be lit and pyrotechnics, burners, barbecues, candles or any other open flame must not be used. Smoking is permitted only in designated places, if such places have been provided.

7. Sales, fundraising, advertising, organised promotion, services, the use of drones and professional recording or streaming require the Organiser’s prior consent and any authorisations required by law.

8. A fire, accident, violence, missing child, suspicious item or other danger must be reported immediately to the nearest member of the Services.

9. A Participant cares for the surroundings of the Bolimów Forest and does not damage vegetation or habitats, frighten animals, leave waste or pollute the soil or water.

§ 4. Alcohol-free event and prohibited items

1. Dreamersland is an alcohol-free event. Alcohol is not sold or served at the Mass Event. Bringing in, possessing, sharing and consuming alcohol are prohibited. A person visibly under the influence of alcohol may be refused admission or removed in accordance with the law.

2. Weapons, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnic articles, materials presenting a fire hazard, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and other dangerous items must not be brought in or possessed.

3. For safety reasons, the Organiser may also restrict other items, including glass, sharp tools, heavy chains, hard sticks and poles, pressurised containers, flammable aerosols, lasers, megaphones and items that hinder evacuation. The restriction does not cover necessary medicines, medical devices, food required for health reasons or assistive equipment where these do not present a danger.

4. The Organiser is not required to provide a deposit facility. An item that is not permitted must be left outside the Mass Event Area unless the law requires it to be handed to the Police.

§ 5. Services, checks and evacuation

1. The Security Service and Information Service, together referred to as the “Services”, are clearly marked and act under the Act.

2. Within the limits of the law, the Services may check entitlement to attend, verify a person’s identity, inspect baggage or clothing where there are statutory grounds to suspect possession of a prohibited item, give public order instructions, direct a person to leave the Mass Event and apprehend a person who poses a direct danger or commits an act prohibited by law for immediate handover to the Police.

3. A check is carried out only where necessary and proportionate, with respect for the person’s dignity, privacy, health, age, disability and reasonable needs. Clothing is inspected by a member of the Services of the same sex as the person being checked.

4. Refusal to undergo a lawful check may result in refusal of admission or a direction to leave the Mass Event.

5. The Security Service refuses admission or removes a person in the cases set out in the Act. It may use measures of direct coercion only in the circumstances and manner permitted by law. Where necessary, the Organiser or Security Manager requests Police assistance.

6. The Information Service provides information, supports safe entry and exit, prevents overcrowding, responds to dangers and directs people to medical, sanitary and information points.

7. In an emergency, a Participant remains calm and follows instructions given by authorised persons. The Organiser or competent services may pause the programme, close a zone, restrict admission, change the direction of movement or order an evacuation. Safety announcements take precedence over the programme and earlier organisational information.

§ 6. Image and sound recording

1. The Organiser may record images and sound to ensure safety and perform its obligations under the Act.

2. Material which may provide evidence of a criminal offence or petty offence or be relevant to proceedings is handed to the competent public prosecutor or the Police. Other material from statutory safety recording is retained for at least 30 days and no more than 90 days after the Mass Event and is then destroyed in accordance with the Act.

3. Recordings collected solely for safety purposes are not used for promotion without a separate legal basis.

4. The rules on documenting the Festival, the use of a person’s image and the protection of personal data are set out in the Dreamersland 2027 Festival Terms and the Dreamersland Privacy and Cookies Policy available at www.dreamersland.eu.

§ 7. Consequences, complaints and final provisions

1. A justified refusal of admission or removal resulting from the Participant’s culpable and material breach of the law or these Regulations does not in itself create a right to a refund of the Ticket price. This does not limit rights under mandatory law.

2. A Participant is liable under general law for damage caused through their fault. The Organiser is liable for its own acts and omissions to the extent required by law.

3. A complaint about the conduct of the Services may be made to the Security Manager, at an information point, by email at hello@dreamersland.eu or in writing to the Organiser’s registered office. Where possible, it should state the time, place, identification number of the member of the Services and a description of the incident.

4. These Regulations are made available free of charge at www.dreamersland.eu, at entrances and at information points.

5. The Organiser may amend the Regulations for a valid reason, including a change in law, requirements imposed by a public authority, an updated risk assessment or the need to remove a danger. The current version is published on the website and must not deprive Participants of rights under mandatory provisions of law.

6. The Polish and English versions convey the same rights and duties. In the event of a discrepancy, the Polish version and Polish law form the basis of interpretation. These Regulations take effect on the date of publication.
