We serve vegan dishes based on eco products from our own cultivation of einkorn and emmer, e.g. flatbreads, groats as well as flakes and semolina in the breakfast version. In the main dishes, we combine Prazboża with Indian cuisine (masala!), in porridge/sameberry versions, we add fruit, nuts and other seeds so that the food is holistic and tasty. <br><br>
